CancelLation PolICY

If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice we will try to re-book the slot. If we can't, we may have to charge for the full cost of the appointment.
Please just let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Cancellation less than 48 hours, may be charged. Failure to attend to your appointment will be charged.

Deposits may be required for larger appointments.

CHILDREN IN SALON POLICY

As a team at Beauty By Meraki we have had to make the decision to make the salon a child free salon unless the child will be receiving a treatment accompanied by an adult. We have made this decision based on a number of reasons.

• Chemicals in and around the salon, these can be toxic and harmful to children if they were to accidentally get hold of them.
• Sharp scissors, electrical appliances.
• Hot wax as this could burn them or cause a reaction to the product.
• We cannot take any responsibility for looking after your child / children and some treatments require you to have your eyes closed.
• Our Insurance doesn’t cover us to have children not receiving a treatment in the salon.

We have had to do this due to Insurance and Health & Safety reasons and we hope you understand.
