To ensure the best experience, we require a consultation, which is priced at £50. However, this amount is redeemable against your wig or hairpiece purchase, making it a worthwhile investment in your journey toward feeling like yourself again.

We’re also pleased to inform you that VAT relief is available for wig purchases made for medical purposes, making it easier for those in need to access quality solutions. How does my wig stay on?

The wig will stay on by itself, if fitted correctly but for extra security it can be adjusted if needed.

How long can i expect my wig to last?

Up to 12months. Aftercare is essential for the longevity of the wig

Can i use heat tools?

Heat tools can be used on human hair wigs, but we would not recommend using them on synthetic

Can I sleep with my wig or hair piece on?

We advise against it, as this will cause damage and tangling effrecting the longevity of the hair

Can I exercise or swim while wearing my wig?

Yes. But do avoid submerging in water and do take the appropriate steps to avoid damage

How often should i wash my hair peice or wig?

Not too often, once every 1-3 months should plenty. Unless needed otherwise due to certain things

If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice we will try to re-book the slot. If we can't, we may have to charge for the full cost of the appointment.
Please just let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Cancellation less than 48 hours, may be charged. Failure to attend to your appointment will be charged.

Deposits may be required for larger appointments.
